The Problem

MYO was preparing for a major milestone: launching its first U.S. clinic in New York’s Flatiron district. Their existing WordPress website wasn’t ready to support this growth. It suffered from:

Poor scalability — not structured for expansion into multiple markets.

Outdated design — no longer aligned with their refreshed brand identity.

Cumbersome management — making it difficult to update clinicians, locations, and resources.

To solve this, MYO partnered with Herman Scheer to lead branding, strategy, and design. At the same time, they engaged Flow Sparrow to build the site in Webflow, supporting both Herman Scheer’s design vision and MYO’s operational needs.

The Solution

To execute the project, Flow Sparrow partnered closely with both Herman Scheer and MYO. Herman Scheer led the branding, strategy, and design direction, while Flow Sparrow was responsible for bringing everything to life in Webflow. Our role was to translate a bold creative vision into a flexible, scalable, and technically sound website that could support MYO’s expansion goals.

One of the biggest challenges was ensuring the website could handle advanced localization. U.S. and Canadian visitors needed unique experiences — from treatments and team members to copy and calls to action. We also implemented geolocation tracking, allowing the site to dynamically highlight the closest clinic right in the top bar, creating a seamless user journey from the first click.

On the operational side, Flow Sparrow migrated existing clinicians, locations, and blog content from WordPress, ensuring no loss of valuable resources during the transition. We also integrated MYO’s Shopify store directly into Webflow, and built out connections with two distinct booking systems: BLVD for U.S. locations and Jane App for Canadian clinics. To support future marketing efforts, we embedded Klaviyo forms throughout the site, enabling MYO to capture leads and communicate effectively with clients.

Finally, knowing that the company would continue opening new clinics, we built a “Coming Soon” and waitlist system so users could engage with locations even before doors opened. The result was a robust, scalable site that not only aligned with the refreshed brand design but also solved the operational and technical complexities required for MYO’s rapid growth.

Results

Successful Launch (April) — Aligned with MYO’s flagship New York launch.

Future-Proof Foundation — A flexible Webflow platform built for continued expansion in Canada and the U.S.

Unified Experience — A digital presence that reflects MYO’s brand while making it easy for clients to find, book, and engage.
